OK, JP but I think I have seen scripts like this already, what is the difference with yours?

No - People submitting videos to Youtube have a 'license' binding them to Youtube and claiming they own copyright to the videos they submit and that they transfer their distribution rights to Youtube(TM). In case a video appears to be violating this rule, Youtube will remove it asap, but you cannot be attacked for this.
